Fans of mystery thriller brace up! Bollywood is all set to stun you with a fascinating mystery drama in their upcoming line up of movies come July. Titled “Chehre”, the movie stars none other than Big B Amitabh Bachchan in the role of a dapper and enigmatic lawyer. Apart from Senior Bachchan, the movie also features Emraan Hashmi, Annu Kapoor, Siddhanth Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborty and Krystle D’Souza in major roles. “Chehre” will be officially released on July 17, 2020.

“Chehre” features Hashmi in the role of a business tycoon while Big B plays a hard-nut-to-crack lawyer. Kriti Kharbanda was about to star in the movie but she unfortunately had her differences with the film makers who replaced her with Krystle. The shooting of the movie started in May 2019 and the first schedule of the filming witnessed a phenomenal performance from none other than Big B. If not for anything, the movie will be remembered forever for senior Bachchan’s 14-minute straight take in just one shot which commanded thunderous applause from the whole crew. The initial schedule of the filming was wrapped up by June 2019. The very first look of Hashmi’s character was revealed on Jue 22, 2019. Added to Bachchan, Hashmi also speaks of a promising presence in the movie. He has starred in thriller movies previously and has donned his role with élan. Fans are expecting another stellar performance from him this time as well. Besides, the chemistry of Hashmi and Bachchan is certainly going to be a treat to watch for all fans and cine lovers.

“Chehre” is directed by Rumi Jaffrey and produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited. As with most of the Hashmi’s films, this time too the music will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya. Binod Pradhan is the cinematographer of the film while Aarif Sheikh is the editor.
