Vikramjit Directed, Roy is a Romantic Drama Movie, and the first one of his. Freeway Pictures, along with Bhusan Kumar and Divya Khosla Kumar are the producer of this movie. Music for this was given by multiple people including Ankit Tiwari, Amaan Malik, Meet Bros Anjan and T Series being the production company.

Kabir Garewal a.k.a Arjun Rampal is an established and famous film maker. For making one of his movies, he goes to Malaysia for shooting. During the shooting he meets with a female film maker Ayesha a.k.a Jacqueline Fernandez. They both get together for some time and eventually Ayesha falls in love with him. She is a London based filmmaker. But she comes to know about the Casanova type behavior of Kabir and hence she breaks up with him and moves to London.

Movie story goes forward with life of Kabir as how he struggles to complete his movie. On the consent of his secretary he goes to attend a ceremony as jury, but finds that the ceremony is about the screening of Ayesha Movie. Ayesha thinks that Kabir is following her unnecessarily and tells him to stay away from her.

On the other hand, story of an art painting thief is running. Roy a.k.a Ranbir Kapoor steals some of the most expensive paintings in the world and in the next move is to steal painting that belongs to Ayesha. She lives in a big mansion, so Roy tries to be friend of her, so that he can take way that painting when times come. They both together spend some time and, ripples of love start to originate in their relationship. Rest is mystery about the movie.

Movie got neutral reviews from critics and had a moderate earning on the box office.
