Biff & Bright College of Engineering and Technology is located in the city of Kota. It was created and managed by the Biff and Bright Welfare Society in the year 1999. The college, although old, has been modernising with spacious infrastructure. The laboratories are upgraded time and again.

For better education of students, there are modern aids like LEDs, OHPs and related educational media. The college offers B.Tech. courses in Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and Communication and Mechanical Engineering. It also provides Diploma level education in Civil and Electrical engineering. 

The college provides umpteen number of workshops and labs for each department. It also features Sports facilities for extracurricular activities. The college also provides Technology Development facilities for Research and Development.
