Jadavpur University (formerly known as Bengal Technical Institute) is a state-owned university that was set up by the Government of West Bengal in Kolkata in 1955. Eligibility Criteria

• Admission to M.Tech is provided on the basis of GATE score
• Admission to Ph.D. is decided by the UGC NET/CSIR NET score
