Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University) came into existence in 2000. It is one of the most prestigious and biggest technical universities in Asia. The university offered several UG and PG courses in the field of Engineering and Science. The university conducts State level entrance exam which is called UPSEE for admission to the university. AKTU is approved & recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC )and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

- Full-Time Hotel Management & Catering for 4 years, B.Tech for 4 years, B.Arch for 5 years, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and Bachelor of Pharmacy for 4 years
- Full-Time M.Tech and M.Sc for 2 years
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech should have passed higher secondary with a minimum percentage of 45% and have to clear UPSEE
- Candidates seeking admission in M.Tech should have a B.Tech degree and need to clear GATE
- Admission in M.Sc is granted on the basis of the valid marks in the Joint Admission Test for Masters conducted by IIT
Scholarship
The university provides scholarships to the candidates belonging to the ST/SC/OBC category on the basis of merits in the higher secondary examination.
