IPU CET Exam is conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi for the candidates who wish to get admission in any of the engineering courses. The university reserves 85% of the seats for the candidates of Delhi while the rest 15% are reserved for the other states as well. Exam pattern
The IPU CET 2014 exam will be divided into three sections; Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each section will consist of 50 questions thus making a total of 150 questions which have to be solved within 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is a negative marking as well; therefore the candidates should make sure that they answer the question only when they are sure of it. For every four wrong questions, one mark will be deducted from the total score. Each question will be of four marks thus the total marks will be 600. The paper will only be in English so it is important that the candidates are well versed with this language.
