The UPCPMT is the acronym for Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test Conducted by Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (Kanpur) every year, the test is the entry level examination for the medical undergraduate courses offered by different colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The exam covers admission exam for all the major medical undergraduate programs such as MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS & BAMS. This year the UPCPMT 2020 examination is declared for June 16. The application form would be available soon and here is short note on how to apply for CPMT 2020.
CPMT 2020 application mode and fees
Before taking to the application procedure it should be mentioned that the 2020 UPCPMT application form is available only online. The form would be available from April 18 and the last date of form submission online is May 20, 2020. The form submission procedure would be finalized by 5 p.m. on May 20. (tentative dates)
The application fee for UPCPMT 2020 exam is 1250 INR for the general and OBC applicants. However, it is 650 INR for the ST & SC candidates. A 50 INR worth counseling fee should be deposited by all candidates.
Online form fill up procedure
- Go to official UPCPMT website
- Be ready with your Scanned photo & Scanned Declaration form
- Login with mobile number & imprint DOB in passwords. Enter the email id.
- You will receive auto-verification code on mobile and email.
- Take a print out of the payment challan.
- Deposit your application charge in any of the nationalized banks in the state with the challan.
- Deposit your application charge in any of the Allahabad or Axis bank branches in the state.
- You can only fill up the form 2 days after the deposition of the challan.
- Payment can be made through online mode as well- via credit or debit card.
- The photograph submitted must be a clear colored one, 3.5 by 4.5cm in size and scanned in JPG format.
- Preview the form and hit on Submit button.
- On successful submission you would receive application number to email and mobile number.
