XAT exam is dated to be held on January 2, 2022 and the online application process has started already from the month of September this year. Graduate students from any discipline are eligible to apply for the XAT exam. The post below is a brief on the XAT 2022 eligibility criteria as per the different MBA courses covered by the examination.
XAT Eligibility criteria for Human Resource Management
The 2022 XAT eligibility criteria for HRM is- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (with at least 3 years duration) with minimum 50 percent marks.
XAT Eligibility criteria for Business Management
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (with at least 3 years duration) with minimum 50 percent marks.
XAT Eligibility criteria for Global Business Management
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (with at least 3 years duration) with minimum 50 percent marks. However, the course will prefer candidates with a minimum managerial experience of three years.
XAT Eligibility criteria for General Management Programme
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (with at least 3 years duration) with minimum 50 percent marks. Besides, the course demands candidates with minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience by 31st march, 2022.
However, it should be mentioned here that as per eligibility criteria XAT 2022 students in the last year of their Bachelor’s degree can also apply for the XAT examination provided they will have their final exam by June 10, 2022. This criterion is applicable for all the management courses covered by XAT.
The XAT syllabus will test your skills in English, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude and general knowledge. The exam would comprise of 2 papers and will run for 3.5 hours. The XAT aspirants have to apply online to sit for the exam and the test is conducted all across the country in 47 Indian cities. Besides, XAT exam is also conducted in Kathmandu and Dubai.
