The TBJEE 2016 is a competitive exam and if you are a candidate who is preparing to appear in the exam this year, you should know how the question paper for the exam is set. Below you will find the pattern followed by the board while setting the questions.
The TBJEE 2016 question paper pattern will be as below:
- There are four different subjects on which the question paper will be set. These are: physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics. So, there will be four different question booklets. The full marks for every paper will be 100 and the duration of each paper is going to be 2 hours.
- The questions that will be coming in the exam will be framed on the basis of the syllabus of the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination with reference to the syllabus set up for 2016. The new syllabus has been divided into 10 modules, each having 10 marks. Each set of question paper will be of the MCQ type.
- There will be 50 compulsory MCQs from each set and there will be 5 MCQs from each module for each of the four subjects. Every question will be carrying two (2) marks and so, the total marks of each paper will be 100. There will be four options given for answer in each question out of which you have to select the correct one. When you are done selecting the correct answer, you have to mark the same in the space that is provided for the option in the OMR answer sheet with a back or a blue ball point pen.
- There will be no deductions for wrong answers. Make sure that you mark the exact allotted space in the OMR sheet because if there is any error, the machine will not be able to read the correct answer. Make sure that you also write your Enrolment Number, Question Booklet Series and Subject name in the boxes allotted on the OMR sheet. Mark the answer you feel is correct by darkening the circle on the OMR sheet. Once you have darkened a circle in a question, no changes can be made to that particular question as there is no rechecking done of the OMR sheet.. On the OMR sheet, more than one answer is automatically rejected.
- The candidates are required to sign in two places. One will be on the OMR sheet and the other one will be in the attendance sheet. Keep in mind that you are not to do any rough work on the OMR sheet.
The most important point is that do not forget your admit card as without that, you will not be allowed inside the exam hall in any means.
