The TISSNET 2021 is almost knocking at the door with the exam being scheduled for the first quarter of January, next year. Selection criteria for TISSNET 2021
You must know that the 2021 TISSNET selection procedure is divided into 2 stages that are further comprised of 3 assessment components in total. To start with, the aspiring candidates will have to sit for the computer based TISSNET examination that is dated for January 9. You will have to answer 100 objective questions here, each carrying 1 mark. The exam will start from 2 p.m. and would continue till 3:40 p.m.
Then, on the basis of your performance in TISSNET, you might be called for Pre-Interview Test & Personal Interview. The PIT round comprises of 50 marks and the Personal Interview round carries 75 marks. Based on the candidate’s fare at the PIT & PI round, his candidature for admission would be decided.
According to TISSNET selection procedure, the cut off criteria for TISS admission round are-
- Common Entrance Test- 50 percent
- PIT/GD- 20 percent
- PI- 30 percent
The name of selected candidates will be uploaded on TISS website by May 3rd, 2021. The 2nd waiting list would be released on May 19. Within 31st of May, the selected candidates willing to take admission should fulfill all formalities regarding document verification and fee payment at the TISS campus. The academic session of 2021 is scheduled to initiate from June 13, 2021.
