If you are already having bank account with PNB
- You need to visit any of the nearest bank branches and ask them for a form which is needed for the Rupay card. After filling the forms and entering your KYC details, you can submit the form to the bank officials.
- Make sure that you are entering information in the form in the correct manner; otherwise it will lead to rejection of your application. You can always use two ATM cards side by side, like master card and Rupay Card.
