For Payment Transaction Related Issues/ Problems
Those candidates who have filled first part of the Application Form of UPSEE 2020 should note the following.
(i) If you have made payment through credit card / debit card and payment transaction was successful but you get a message that “Your payment is not received” for quite some time due to which you are not allowed to upload Photograph etc.
OR
(ii) If you have made payment through bank e-Challan ( Punjab National Bank) but you get a message that “Your payment is not received” even after 48 hours due to which you are unable to upload Photograph etc.
Then you may send an E-Mail stating your problem (Do not forget to mention your Registration Number and Date of Payment) at following mail-ids.
