The East Champaran District is one of the main administrative districts that the government of Bihar depends upon to a great extent! The East Champaran District is a part of the Trinhut Division and it comes second in terms of population after the district of Patna. The East Champaran District covers a land area of 3968 sq km with a population of 50 lacs individuals approximately.
